Proven before it's energized: what our test regime actually checks
March 10, 2026
The common sequence in this industry is: energize, run a functional check, hand over the keys. Functional checks confirm the system turns on. They don't confirm it performs to the spec the financial model was built on.
Our rule is different: proven before it's energized. Before any system is switched on, it goes through a documented pre-energization regime.
- Cell and string characterisation against spec
- Capacity and round-trip efficiency verification
- Thermal behaviour under load
- Protection, fire, and controls validation
- A documented test report the client, and their lender's engineer, can hold
It's the difference between a project that survives technical due diligence and one that generates a dispute in year three, once the integrator that sold it is no longer answering the phone. We stay accountable for the system we tested.
